By downloading, installing, or using Camcolor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our app.

2. Description of Service

Camcolor is a color picker and palette generator app for iOS devices that allows you to:

• Capture colors using your device's camera
• Pick colors from photos in your library
• Generate color palettes and harmonies
• Organize and manage your color collections
• Access advanced color analysis tools (Pro features)

3. License to Use

Free Version

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use Camcolor's free features on your iOS devices.

Pro Subscription

Pro features require an active subscription purchased through the App Store. Subscription benefits include:

• Unlimited access to all features
• iCloud sync across devices
• Advanced accessibility tools
• Professional color analysis

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Camcolor only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Use the app for any illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to circumvent Pro subscription features
• Share your Pro subscription with others

5. Intellectual Property

Camcolor and all its features, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any colors, palettes, or content you create using the app.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro Subscription

• Subscriptions are managed through the App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. We cannot process refunds directly.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. Key points:

• We do not collect personal data
• All processing happens locally on your device
• iCloud sync (Pro) is managed entirely by Apple

8. Disclaimers

Camcolor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in color detection and analysis, we cannot guarantee perfect color matching for all use cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Camcolor, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or business interruption.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update Camcolor and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Termination

You may stop using Camcolor at any time by deleting the app. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, though we'll try to resolve issues first.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
